"Meet the most recent group of women who just completed the 3 month mentorship program on 17 May 2019."

About 8 years ago the Holy Spirit told me to start a mentorship group.  He told me to start a sister circle and to use the rooms of the house as the floor plan to build this mentorship program. I was afraid.  I asked questions like, "Will women who do not know each other  come and open up their private lives?  Will they be vulnerable?  Would anyone come?"  I asked other ladies their opinion about the program and they told  me that they felt women would not open up.  From those conversations I found myself in a place of doubt about the program.  I couldn't let the drive go, it wouldn't leave me. It followed me to bed, I woke up with it and it consumed my meditation. I obeyed God and not the opinions of people. 

I held the first pilot program in my living room with 12 ladies.  Since the start of Mentorship I have had great success.  At one point I was mentoring four groups of eight women for six months. When I look back on that I wonder how that was even possible.  It was the grace of God, passion, drive, and purpose. Today I do one group of no more than eight women for three months. 

Through the years women have dropped out of the program, they have spoken negatively about the process, and I even had to reimburse a woman after a month of her participation. I have had to ask some women to excuse themselves from the program and try again at a later date.  During Mentorship, I ask deep questions, I ask "why" a lot!  Hidden issues of the heart are exposed and that exposure ignites the secondary emotion of anger.  I teach women how to tap into the real emotion outside of anger. Once they yield to the Holy Spirit, brokeness comes and then healing is inevitable.  

Once a woman leaves the Mentorship experience they know how to seek the Lord for themselves, they know how to study the scriptures for themselves, and they come off of the milk and on to the meat.  This program is so fantastic that women come back over and over again for discipleship, mentoring and life coaching all within a 3 month period.

Hebrews 6:1 says, "Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God. I'd love to see you in our next group.
